What drives me?
I want to contribute to a more sustainable society by creating a greater understanding of complexity. I believe that real change begins when people discover their own agency, understand the systems they operate in, and dare to challenge established ways of thinking.
Curiosity, playfulness and a burning sense of responsibility drive me. I love exploring complex issues, creating spaces where people dare to think freely and where we simultaneously take joint responsibility for the process leading somewhere. Play should be taken very seriously and lead to clear, measurable change.
What makes my perspective unique?
I move freely between the public sector, business, research and culture.
I have produced performing arts and several short films, led large regional development projects, facilitated innovation processes and been on stage both as a moderator and actor.
That breadth allows me to translate between different worlds and create processes where people with completely different perspectives begin to work together.
My work is based as much on systems theory and organizational development as it is on stories, artistic methods and human relationships.
My Services
Change management
From simple facilitation to large-scale transformation processes, I help municipalities, regions, non-profit organizations and businesses navigate complex issues, develop collaborations and create change that lasts over time.
I usually base my work on Cross Innovation, and use well-proven tools such as Design Thinking, Systems Analysis and Open Innovation.
Cultural production
Leads cross-sectoral arts and culture projects where academia, public sector and/or private industry are often collaborating partners.
I create narratives, stories, that can bridge different linguistic worlds.
Moderation
I am a popular moderator who leads conferences, events and meetings with energy, curiosity, responsiveness and a large portion of humor.
Laughter should lead to reflection. Conversation should lead to change. Even though I offer a lot of myself, it is always the public experience that is in focus.
What type of projects do I find most meaningful?
I am drawn to projects where there is a genuine desire to change something. Sometimes it can be a utopian desire to change the whole world, but it can also be a more modest desire to change the experience of a meeting or a team.
What they have in common is that they are about people, relationships, innovation and development. I particularly enjoy assignments where many different skills need to come together and where there is trust in the process as part of the result.
What do I hope people feel after working with me?
I hope that people who have worked with me feel hope, joy, curiosity and responsibility. I would like them to feel a little braver, to laugh and to see something they haven't seen before. Above all, they should feel that change is possible. So they should definitely leave our collaboration with a sense of empowerment.
