About me

I am a strategic facilitator, cultural producer and transformational leader with a background in the cultural and creative industries. For the past twenty years, I have worked at the intersection of culture, innovation and social development.

I thrive best in complex contexts where many perspectives need to meet and where there are no obvious answers. I combine an artistic approach with structure, systems thinking and relational leadership.

Från enklare facilitering till storskaliga transformationsprocesser hjälper jag kommuner, regioner, ideella organisationer och näringsliv att navigera komplexa frågor, utveckla samarbeten och skapa förändring som håller över tid. Utgår oftast utifrån Cross Innovation, och använder välbeprövade verktyg som Design Thinking, Systemanalys och Open Innovation.

Cultural production

I lead cross-sectoral art and culture projects where academia, public sector and/or private industry are often partners. I create narratives, stories, that can bridge different linguistic worlds.

Moderation

I am a popular moderator who leads conferences, events and meetings with energy, curiosity, sensitivity and a large portion of humor. Laughter should lead to reflection. Conversation should lead to change. Even though I offer a lot of myself, it is always the public experience that is in focus.
